Upon arrival, should no-one be present at the accommodation, please report at the main house, No. 51. |

The accommodation has an inventory list. Please check this carfully upon arrival. Should something appear to be missing then please report it on the day of arrival. Should something break thenplease report this prior to departure. Broken or damaged goods shallshall be replaced at the expense of the guest. When the deposit is insufficient to cover the loss or damage, the remainder shallshallbe billed to the guest. |

Emergency exits must be kept free of obstructions at all times. |

Don’t cause any inconvenience or nuisance. |

Pets are not allowed. |

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. |

Waste has to be put in the correct container/bags. Failure to do so may lead to a fine by the Local Authority, which the guest is liable for; if in doubt please ask. |

Upon departure the accommodation must be clean:The guest is responsible for any damage and loss caused by accident or theft. |

Upon cancelation after confirmation: After initial reservation you shall receive a written confirmation, which you sign and return to us to validate your booking. |

After initial reservation you shall receive a written confirmation, which you sign and return to us to validate your booking. |

40% of the sum must to be paid within two weeks of your booking and the remaining sum has to be paid at least 4 weeks before your stay. |
